About Me

My husband and I at our Open House in April 2011

My name is Tasha, and I'm a senior at BYU studying Art History. I met my husband Brandon in the summer of 2010 and we got married in the Salt Lake Temple in February of 2011. We live in Provo, where I go to school and where Brandon works as a computer programmer for a start-up company. We love living in Utah near my husband's family and the beautiful mountains, but someday we may move to San Diego to be near my family. The future is still a unknown adventure waiting to happen!

Along with my family, I love making my husband laugh, admiring architecture, hiding away in the library, playing with children, camping, connecting the dots on my moley arms, and being an introvert. I would love to become a runner, a museum tour guide, a published author, and a mother to babies with cute squinty eyes. I've recently picked up sewing and cooking, which are my newest loves. I am also interested in conservative feminism and helping women gain a healthy body image.

Brandon and I are very dedicated members of the LDS church

This is how I deal with my blessings and challenges: over-analyzing everything, but always finding so many reasons to rejoice.

"Brothers and sisters, indeed we have great reason to rejoice. If life and its rushed pace and many stresses have made it difficult for you to feel like rejoicing, then perhaps now is a good time to refocus on what matters most. Strength comes not from frantic activity but from being settled on a firm foundation of truth and light....It comes from paying attention to the divine things that matter most."
